Startup Due Dil is designed for private startup due diligence workflows and sensitive uploaded materials.

Private by default

The app uses private access controls. Reports and uploaded diligence files are intended to be visible only to the authenticated account that created the run.

Deletion

Users can delete a full run, including uploaded materials, generated report, and related session data stored by the application.

Admin privacy

Admin usage dashboards are designed to show account/access records and usage metadata such as email, approval status, run count, timing, agents triggered, estimated token cost, report read time, and Ask DD counts without linking to or displaying private workspace content by default.

Third-party processing

AI providers may temporarily process uploaded text and prompts to generate outputs. Hosting, access security, and payment providers may process operational metadata needed to deliver the service.

User responsibility

Only upload materials you are authorized to process. Avoid uploading passwords, API keys, bank credentials, or unnecessary personal data.
