Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes collected by Paddle at checkout. Local payment methods, receipts, and invoices may be handled by Paddle when Paddle acts as merchant of record. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Unused subscription reports do not roll over. Refund requests are handled by Paddle.

Each completed run produces a structured due diligence report with cited sources, risk flags, and investor-oriented analysis. AI outputs can contain mistakes, so users should verify important findings independently.
Sign in before checkout. Startup Due Dil sends your signed-in account email to Paddle and credits that account automatically once Paddle confirms the transaction or subscription status.
Reports and uploaded materials are intended to remain visible only to the account that created them. Users can delete full due diligence runs from the app.
Angel and Fund are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. To cancel, open Startup Due Dil Settings, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the cancellation in Paddle's secure portal. If Paddle asks you to sign in, use the email associated with your Paddle purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and keeps access active until the end of the already-paid billing period unless Paddle states otherwise.
You may request a full refund through Paddle within 14 calendar days of any purchase or subscription charge. This applies even if you accessed the service, started an analysis, or generated a report.
Startup Due Dil does not store card numbers. Payment details are handled by Paddle. Startup Due Dil may receive billing and plan metadata needed to manage access, invoices, refunds, and subscription status.
