14-day refund policy

You may request a full refund through Paddle within 14 calendar days of any transaction, including a one-report purchase, initial subscription charge, or subscription renewal. There are no exceptions based on whether you accessed the service, started an analysis, or generated a report.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and include the report quota shown on the pricing page. Unused reports do not roll over. Each subscription charge has its own 14-day refund window.

How to cancel a subscription

Open Startup Due Dil Settings, go to Billing, and select Cancel subscription. Startup Due Dil will open Paddle's secure customer portal. If Paddle asks you to authenticate, use the email associated with your Paddle purchase and follow the sign-in instructions sent to that email, then confirm the cancellation in Paddle. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and is separate from a refund request. Unless Paddle states otherwise, cancellation keeps access active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

How to request a refund

Open account settings and select Request a refund through Paddle, or visit https://paddle.net. Use the email and transaction details shown on your Paddle receipt. Paddle handles the request and returns approved refunds to the original payment method.

Access after an approved refund

When Paddle confirms an approved full refund, Startup Due Dil removes any unused one-report credit from that purchase or disables the refunded subscription entitlement. This does not limit the 14-day refund right.

Taxes and invoices

Taxes may be calculated at checkout by Paddle or another payment provider. Paddle may issue compliant customer invoices and receipts when it acts as merchant of record.
